When you or one of your clients decides to cancel your Alli AI subscription, you need to ensure that the correct steps are taken to off-board from our Site Speed feature. If the off-boarding is done incorrectly or not at all, it will lead to downtime for the affected website.

Here are the steps to off-board a website from Site Speed:

Step 1

Go to Site Settings

Toggle the Site Speed switch to off

Update Site

Step 2

Go to Site Speed

Select the domain

Go to domain DNS settings and copy them to their new DNS provider

Step 3

Switch the nameservers to those provided by their new DNS provider. The user's most important part is to ensure their DNS settings are in sync with their new DNS provider. Changing the nameservers should be the last step.

Now that your site is off-boarded from Site Speed, it is now safe to delete the site from your dashboard
