Access the White-Label Settings
Log in to your Alli AI account.
Navigate to Dashboard → Settings.
In the left-hand Settings menu, select White-Label.
The White-Label Settings page will open.
Configure Agency Branding
Step 1: Upload the Agency Logo
Under Logo:
Click the logo/upload area.
Select the agency's logo file.
Confirm that the logo displays correctly.
The uploaded logo will be used in areas such as:
Reports
Invoices
White-labeled platform branding
Step 2: Enter the White-Label Name
In the Name field, enter the name that should represent the platform to your clients.
Example:
My Agency
Use the agency or company name clients are familiar with.
Step 3: Enter the Support Email Address
In Support Email Address, enter the email address clients should use when they need assistance.
Example:
Whenever possible, use a branded company email rather than a personal email address.
Step 4: Enter the Legal Address
In Legal Address, enter the agency's official business address.
Example:
123 Business Street, Dallas, Texas, USA
Important: Do not enter the white-label application URL in this field. The hostname is configured separately.
Step 5: Save the Branding Information
After reviewing the information:
Click Save Changes in the bottom-right corner.
Confirm that the information remains populated after saving.
Use Revert only if you want to discard unsaved changes.
Configure a Custom White-Label Hostname
A custom hostname allows clients to access the platform through an agency-branded address instead of an Alli AI-branded URL.
Example:
app.myagency.com
Step 1: Add the Hostname
On the White-Label Settings page:
Locate the Enter hostname field.
Enter the desired hostname.
Example:
app.myagency.com
Click + Add.
The hostname will now appear in the hostname configuration table.
Step 2: Locate the DNS Target
After the hostname is added, Alli AI displays:
Hostname
DNS Target
DNS Status
Certificate Status
A DNS target will be automatically assigned.
For example, the screenshots show a target similar to:
happy-banner.alliaidns.com
Always copy the DNS Target displayed inside your own Alli AI account. Do not assume that every account or hostname will use the same target.
Use the copy icon next to the DNS Target where available.
Configure DNS
DNS configuration must be completed with the company that manages the domain's DNS records.
This may be a provider such as Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Route 53, or another DNS provider.
For a Subdomain
If you are configuring a subdomain such as:
app.myagency.com
create a CNAME record.
Typical configuration:

For example:
app → [Alli AI DNS Target]
Do not manually use the example target unless it is the target shown in your Alli AI dashboard.
For an Apex/Root Domain
If you want to configure the root domain itself, such as:
myagency.com
your DNS provider must support ANAME records.
Configure the ANAME using the DNS Target supplied by Alli AI.
The remaining setup follows the same general process as the CNAME configuration.
Verify DNS and SSL Certificate
After updating the DNS record:
Return to Settings → White-Label in Alli AI.
Locate the hostname.
Review the DNS and Certificate columns.
Immediately after configuration, both may display:
Pending
This is normal while DNS changes propagate and the SSL certificate is being configured.
Click Refresh Status.
Continue checking until the DNS and certificate are no longer showing as pending.
DNS propagation may not be immediate, depending on the DNS provider.
Do not begin directing clients to the hostname until both the DNS configuration and certificate have completed successfully.
