DNS Status Remains Pending
Check that:
The hostname was entered correctly.
The DNS record type is correct.
The DNS Target exactly matches the value shown in Alli AI.
There are no conflicting DNS records for the same hostname.
Enough time has been allowed for DNS propagation.
After confirming the record, click Refresh Status again.
Certificate Remains Pending
The SSL certificate normally depends on the hostname resolving correctly.
First confirm that the DNS configuration is correct. Once DNS is successfully resolving to the Alli AI target, refresh the hostname status again.
White-Label URL Does Not Load
Verify:
The DNS record exists.
The DNS Target is correct.
DNS configuration has completed.
The certificate has completed.
The hostname was entered correctly in Alli AI.
Logo Is Missing From Reports or Invoices
Check that:
A logo was successfully uploaded.
The file is PNG, GIF, JPG, JPEG, or WebP.
The file is no larger than 5 MB.
The White-Label settings were saved after uploading the logo.
