When you or one of your clients decides to cancel your Alli AI subscription, you need to ensure that the correct steps are taken to off-board from our AI Visibility Engine feature. If the off-boarding is done incorrectly or not at all, it will lead to downtime for the affected website.
Steps to follow when you used the AI Visibility Engine Easy Integration.
Go to AI Visibility Engine and click Linked Domains
Click Origins to see all the DNS records that need to be added to your Domain Registrar.
Go to your Domain Registrar's DNS settings for this site
Add all the above DNS AAAA and CNAME records.
Revert the IP addresses of the A records to match the ones in the Origins tab above.
Go to Site Settings > AI Visibility Engine and toggle the switch off
Save Changes
